Patricia Luna Robles was born in Mexico City and graduated with a degree in Graphic Communication Design from the Metropolitan Autonomous University in 1988. During her design studies, she developed a profound interest in photography and completed her social service at the Photographic Library of the San Carlos Academy. There, she participated in photography workshops within the Continuing Education program, under the guidance of the renowned photographer Kati Horna, who served as her teacher in this field.

Since then, Patricia has cultivated her passion for photography, exploring various genres such as portraiture, documentary photography, architecture, macrophotography, and others, with the aim of communicating emotions and experiences through her images. She feels strongly connected to nature and the human body, inspired by the work of photographers such as Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Ansel Adams, Eugene Smith, and Annie Leibovitz, among others.

Since 2010, Patricia has been a teacher at the School of Engineering and Architecture, where she teaches subjects related to architecture and also instructs photography to students of the program. She has also taught photography classes at FES Acatlán of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in the Graphic Design program. She has participated in various group exhibitions and had a solo exhibition at the San Carlos Academy. Her works were also included in the book ‘Luz sobre Eros’, edited by Comercial Dempa in 1988.

Currently, she is working on personal photography projects.
